What should a Seller know when preparing to sell his/her home for top dollar?1. Hire the right listing agent, one that will deliver multiple offers and dominate marketing. 2. Take care of the deferred maintenance: holes in wall, leaky plumbing, etc. 3. Declutter your home and eliminate all unnecessary knick knack items so the home appears larger. 4. Brighten up your home with bright bulbs , open curtains, and use light colors. 5. Don't forget the curb appeal- what we initially see upon walking up to the front door, which is important.
Where do I start if I want to purchase a home?1. Analyze your credit scores. 2. Look at how much you have saved. 3. Be mindful of your debt to income ratio. 4. Your employment history and particularly the last 2 yrs consistently will be reviewed.
Should a buyer wait due to low inventory?Although inventory may be low, what are you waiting for? The prices will get higher and the homes you can afford will get smaller. What you may be able to afford now, you may not be able to afford later.
